摘要 目的观察微型种植体支抗在青少年口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2014年1月—2016年1月我院收治的口腔正畸患者40例作为研究对象,将其随机分为M组(n=20)和N组(n=20)。N组进行常规正畸治疗,M组进行微型种植体支抗治疗。对比两组的治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果 M组的治疗效果优于N组;M组患者不良反应发生率(5%)低于N组的不良反应发生率(30%),组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗在青少年口腔正畸治疗中取得了显著的效果,并且不良反应发生率极低。 Objective To observe the effect of mini implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of adolescents. Methods A total of 40 cases of patients with orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into group M (n=20) and group N N (n=20). N group was treated with conventional orthodontic treatment, M group was treated with mini implant anchorage. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effect of group M was better than that of group N. The incidence of adverse reactions in group M (5%) was lower than that in group N (30%), the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Mini implant anchorage has achieved remarkable results in adolescent orthodontic treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions is very low.
