摘要
目的对比研究采用沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂与糖皮质激素吸入治疗的支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年9月—2016年9月收治的91例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组,A组用沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂吸入治疗,B组用糖皮质激素吸入治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 A组治疗后各临床症状缓解时间、FEV_1、FVC、PEF、INF-γ、IL-4水平及总有效率均优于对照组,组间对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂吸入治疗支气管哮喘的疗效显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the bronchial asthma that was inhaled by salamitrotipine aerosol and glucocorticoid inhalation. Methods 91 patients with bronchial asthma from September 2015 to September 2016 were divided into two groups, group A with salmeterol assigned aerosol inhalation therapy, group B was treated with glucocorticoid inhalation, to compare two groups of curative effect. Results After treatment of group A, the clinical symptom relief time, FEV~, FVC, PEF, INF-~, IL-4 and total efficiency were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of inhaling the bronchial asthma was better and could be promoted with the use of the salamite aerosol.
