摘要
目的探讨75%乙醇消毒加药口在静脉药物配置中心的应用及效果。方法选取静脉药物配置中心的100个西林瓶随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50个;对照组采用复合碘擦拭法消毒,观察组采用75%乙醇消毒液喷雾法消毒;对比两组消毒效果。结果经消毒后,两组菌落培养结果均得到显著改善,与消毒前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但组间对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);经消毒后,两组合格率均为100.00%;观察组操作时间和待干时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 75%乙醇喷雾法消毒与复合碘擦拭法消毒具有相近的效果,但可显著缩短操作时间及待干时间。
Objective To explore the effect of disinfection dosing port by 75% alcohol in pharmacy intravenous admixture services. Methods 100 penicillin bottles in pharmacy intravenous admixture services were selected and divided into control group （n=50） using comb-iodine swab and observation group （n=50） using 75% alcohol spray randomly. The disinfection effect were compared. Results After disinfection, the outcome of germiculture was improved, compared with before disinfection, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, but there was no statistically significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. The monitor was 100.00% in two groups, the operating time and drying time in observation group was significantly better than control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion 75% ethanol spray disinfection and compound iodine cleaning method have similar effects, but can significantly shorten the operation time and dry time.
