摘要
目的探究奥氮平与喹硫平治疗阿尔兹海默病性精神行为症状的临床效果。方法采取随机数字表法对我院收治的90例阿尔兹海默病患者分为奥氮平组(n=45)与喹硫平组(n=45),对比两组的临床疗效。结果奥氮平组与喹硫平的总有效率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。奥氮平组与喹硫平的不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥氮平与喹硫平治疗阿尔兹海默病精神行为症状均可获得良好的改善效果,在不良反应方面未见明显差异,能够确保用药的安全性。
Objective STo explore the clinical effect of olanzapine and quintiapine therapy for the treatment of alzheimer＇s disease. Methods 90 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease in our hospital were divided into olanzapine group （n=45） and quetiapine group （n^45） by random number table method, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between quetiapinc and olanzapine （P〉0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects between olanzapine and quetiapine （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Olanzapine with quetiapine in the treatment of alzheimer＇s disease symptoms of mental behavior a good improvement effect can be obtained, no significant differences in adverse reactions, can ensure the safety of the drug.
