摘要
目的分析健康教育路径对提高乳腺癌患者围手术期安全性的效果。方法选择我院2015年3月—2017年3月接收治疗的72例乳腺癌患者为分析对象,分为常规组(36例)和健康教育组(36例),常规组予常规干预,健康教育组予健康教育路径,观察分析两组围手术期对相关知识及技能的掌握、满意度及并发症。结果健康教育组遵医行为、知识及技能掌握情况高于常规组(P<0.05),健康教育组满意度比常规组高,且健康教育组的并发症出现率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径应用于围手术期患乳腺癌者,能有效提高患者对相关技能的掌握程度、满意度,同时提升安全性。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education pathway on improving the safety of perioperative period of breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 72 patients with breast cancer received from March 2015 to March 2017 were divided into two groups: the conventional group (36 cases) and the healthy education group (36 cases). The routine group was treated with routine intervention and healthy education group was treated with health education path, the master of perioperative knowledge and skills, satisfaction and complications between two groups were observed and analysed. Results The compliance, knowledge and skills in the healthy education group were higher than those of the conventional group (P〈0.05). The satisfaction rate of the healthy education group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the complication rate of the healthy education group was lower than that of the conventional group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The path of health education used in perioperative breast cancer patients, can effectively improve the patient's grasp of the relevant skills, satisfaction and improve safety.
