健康教育互动模式在小儿骨折患者护理中的应用分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨在小儿骨折患者护理中的应用健康教育互动模式的护理效果。方法选取我院小儿骨科收治的86例小儿骨折患者,随机分成两组,对照组给予单向健康教育,观察组接受互动健康教育。观察并对比两组患儿家长对骨折相关知识的了解程度、患儿肢体功能的恢复程度以及护理满意度。结果观察组患儿功能完全恢复率96.7%,家属对骨折相关知识掌握率90.7%,护理满意度93.0%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿骨折患者提供互动健康教育模式,能够有效地消除或减轻患儿的恐惧、焦虑与抑郁等不良情绪,提升护理质量与护理满意度。 Objective In order to investigate that the application of health education interactive model in pediatric fracture. Methods 86 patients of pediatric fracture were selected in pediatric oi'thopedics of our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received one- way health education, and the observation group received interactive health education. The degree of understanding of fracture knowledge, the degree of recovery of limb function and the satisfaction of nursing were compared and compared between two groups. Results The complete recovery rate was 96.7%, the knowledge rate of fracture-related knowledge was 90.7%, and the nursing satisfaction was 93.0% in the observation group, which was significantly better than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion We provide interactive health education model in patients of pediatric fracture, which can effectively eliminate or reduce children's fear, anxiety and depression and other negative emotions, improve the quality of care and nursing satisfaction.
