摘要
目的探讨围手术期护理对老年全膝关节置换术患者隐性失血的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2016年5—12月收治的84例老年全膝关节置换术患者隐性失血围手术期护理资料。结果 84例老年全膝关节置换术患者均成功完成手术治疗,无因隐性失血而引起的严重并发症发生。结论围手术期护理能有效减少全膝关节置换术患者隐性失血,对患者术后康复具有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the effect on the nursing for hidden hemorrhage after total knee arthroplasty in the elderly. Methods The perioperative nursing data of 84 cases of total knee replacement in our hospital from May to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 84 cases of total knee replacement were successfully treated without serious complications caused by occult blood loss. Conelusion Perioperative care can effectively reduce the occult blood loss in patients undergoing total knee replacement, and has important significance for postoperative rehabilitation.
