责任制护理在下肢骨折患者中的应用及效果

The Effect of Application of Responsibility Nursing in Patients With Lower Limb Fracture

目的分析责任制护理在下肢骨折患者中的应用方法,并评价临床应用效果。方法选取我院骨科2015年1—12月收治行常规护理的54例下肢骨折患者作为对照组,选取2016年1—12月收治行责任制护理的54例下肢骨折患者作为观察组,对两组患者护理方法、临床应用后并发症、功能改善、住院时间等护理指标作回顾性分析与比较,以论证应用于下肢骨折的最优护理模式。结果实施责任制护理的观察组患者并发症发生率5.56%(3/54),低于实施常规护理的对照组22.22%(12/54),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组FMA运动功能积分(85.00±7.41)分,高于对照组(73.00±6.88)分,住院时间(12.00±3.10)d,短于对照组(15.00±4.82)d,各指标组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下肢骨折患者应用责任制护理模式,可有效降低并发症发生,促进患者功能恢复,有较高的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application of responsibility system nursing in patients with lower limb fracture, and evaluate the effect of clinical application. Methods 54 cases of lower extremity Department of orthopedics in our hospital from January to December 2015 were received routine nursing care of patients with fracture as control group, from January to December 2016, 54 cases of lower extremity＂ fractures treated nursing responsibility as the patients in the observation group, two groups of clinical nursing methods, postoperative complications, hospitalization time, improve the function of nursing index were retrospectively analyzed and comparison of optimal nursing model to demonstrate on fracture of lower limb. Results Observation group of patients with complications of responsibility nursing in the incidence of 5.56% （3/54）, which was significantly lower than that of routine nursing in the control group 22.22% （12/54）, the difference between two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. And the observation group FMA motor function score （85.00 ± 7.41） higher than the control group （73.00 ± 6.88） points, the hospitalization time was （12.00± 3.10） d, which was significantly shorter than the control group （15.00± 4.82） d, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conelusion The application of responsibility nursing mode for patients with lower limb fracture can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, promote the recovery of patients＇ function.
