摘要
目的探讨在小儿骨折患者的临床护理中应用心理护理干预的护理效果。方法选取我院小儿骨科收治的78例小儿骨折患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,对照组患儿给予常规骨科护理,观察组接受常规骨科护理和心理护理。观察和比较两组患者入院时和术后3d的抑郁(SDS)与焦虑(SAS)评分。结果两组患儿入院时SDS评分与SAS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3 d,两组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于入院时,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为小儿骨折患者提供心理护理干预,可以有效地减轻或者消除患儿存在的焦虑、抑郁与恐慌等不良情绪,提升患儿的护理配合度。
Objective In order to investigate that the effect of psychological nursing in children with fracture. Methods 78 cases of pediatric fractures were selected, and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine care, the observation group received routine care and psychological care. The depression (SDS) and anxiety (SAS) scores were observed and compared between the two groups at admission and 3 d postoperatively. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of SDS score and SAS score at admission (/:'〉0.05). At 3 days after operation, both SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly lower than those at admission, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The psychological Care in children with fractures can effectively reduce or eliminate the existence of children with anxiety, depression and panic and other negative emotions, improve children's care with the degree.
