不同等级医院护士压疮认知现状对比研究

The current status of cognition of pressure ulcer among nurses in hospitals of different grade

目的了解不同等级医院护士压疮认知现状,为制订培训方案,有效预防压疮提供参考策略。方法采用自行设计的压疮知识问卷对重庆市主城区6所三级医院,5所二级医院,4所社区卫生服务中心(一级医院),共331名护士进行调查。结果不同等级医院护士压疮知识掌握程度存在差异,三级医院护士压疮知识问卷正确率为47.56%;二级医院为32.92%,社区卫生服务中心为30.80%。结论各级医院护士对压疮知识掌握程度均亟待提高,应实施针对性的培训方案,健全基层医院压疮管理制度,提高护士压疮预防能力。

Objective To investigate the status of cognition of pressure ulcer among nurses in hospitals of different grade. Methods A survey was conducted by a self-designed questionnaire in 331 nurses from 6 tertiary hospitals, 5 secondary hospitals, 4 community health service centers （primary hospitals）in Chongqing main city zone to understand their cognition of pressure ulcer. Results There was a significant difference in the correct rate among nurses in hospitals of different grade. The correct rates of knowledge of pressure ulcer in tertiary hospitals, secondary hospitals, community health service centers were 41.81%, 35.57% and 35.09%, respectively. Conclusion Nurses＇ knowledge of pressure ulcer in hospitals of different grade needs to be improved. it is necessary to strengthen the training and learning for nurses to increase the quality of prevention and treatment of pressure ulcer.
