SOCS6与肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来恶性肿瘤的发生率呈逐年上升趋势,恶性肿瘤发生发展的分子机制越来越受到重视,恶性肿瘤的发病机制及治疗成为当今研究的热点。由生长因子介导的信号转导通路参与不同的细胞进程,包括细胞增殖、分化,细胞周期进程和基因表达。生长因子信号转导通过其相应的受体,与生长因子结合形成二聚体,从而被激活而自身磷酸化。然而异常而持续地激活生长因子受体信号将导致一些疾病的发生,包括自身免疫性疾病和癌症。
