摘要
肥胖及代谢性疾病严重影响了人类健康,其中运动是防止此类疾病的基本措施之一,但其机制目前尚未明确。鸢尾素能够在运动的诱导下改善脂肪和糖代谢,且其水平变化与运动形式和强度相关。同时在代谢性疾病的发展过程中,血浆鸢尾素水平呈特征性的变化趋势。可见,鸢尾素参与了运动防治肥胖及代谢性疾病的作用通路,故监测其水平变化可以辅助评估代谢性疾病的病程,指导治疗方案的调整。未来,鸢尾素可能成为肥胖及糖脂代谢性疾病的新治疗靶点和监测指标。
Obesity and metabohc diseases are threatening people's health. Exercise is one of the basic methods preventing and curing such diseases, but the mechanism is not clear. Irisin,which is induced by exercise, can help to improve the fat and carbohydrate metabolism, and blood irisin level correlates with the formation and intensity of exercise. Meanwhile, at different stages of the course of the metabolic diseases, there is characteristic trending change in irisin levels. It is obvious that irisin is involved in the pathway of exercise in the prevention and treatment of obesity and metabolic diseases. Therefore, monitoring the changes of its level can help to evaluate the course of metabolic diseases, and guide the adjustment of treatment programs. In the future, irisin may become a novel therapeutic target and monitoring index for obesity and lipid and glucose metabolic diseases.
