摘要
γδT细胞因不具有主要组织相容性复合物限制性而被用于肿瘤的免疫治疗。γδT细胞在动物实验和临床试验中都有良好的抗肿瘤效果。目前,γδT细胞的动物模型研究主要通过过继免疫和体内直接激活两种手段。而绝大多数临床试验则聚焦在Vγ9Vδ2^+T细胞亚群,通过体内或体外激活提升其外周血浓度而达到杀伤肿瘤的目的。然而,γδT细胞可能在某些时候起到促癌作用,并且这一促肿瘤生长作用与白细胞介素17密切相关。
γδT cells are widely used in immunotherapy of various tumors because of non-major histocompatibility com- plex restriction. Former studies have provided evidence for the antitumor effects of γδT cells. Adoptive immunity and in-vivo activation are the two major researching methods in animal experiments, while the majority Of clinical trials focus on increasing peripheral blood concentration of vγgvδ2 + subgroup by in-vivo/vitro activation. However, γδT cells Sometimes may :have tumor-promoting effect,which is closely associated with interleukin-17.
