摘要
基于Delta并联机械结构相比于笛卡尔坐标系机械结构的优势,并将其用于3D打印机的研发与设计,提出了一种基于Delta机构、低成本、网络化3D打印机设计方案。相比使用更加广泛的笛卡尔坐标系3D打印机,Delta式3D打印机允许更大的打印体积和更快的打印速度。该打印机以STM32单片机作为核心控制器,以步进电动机作为驱动元件,驱动同步带转动,利用滑块控制打印头按照预定的轨迹行进。为减轻打印头的重量,提高打印速度,采用远程送料机构,并通过步进电动机送料,进行数字温控,配合打印头完成打印作业。为加快3D打印机推广及使用,提出互联网3D打印方案,通过配备Wi Fi模块实现数据的无线传输与远程控制,并增加了自动调平、断电续打、断丝检测等功能,极大地增强了3D打印机使用的便利性。实践表明该打印机具有运动平稳、高速、高精度、成本低、易于控制等优点。
Based on the Delta parallel the advantages of mechanical structure than Descartes'mechanical structure, and use it to 3D printer research and design, this paper puts forward a kind of Delta structure, low cost, network design of 3D printer. Compared to the more widespread use of 3D printers Cartesian coordinate system, the Delta type 3D printers allow greater volume and faster printing speed. The printer uses STM32 microcontroller as the core controller, with stepping motor as driving element, by stepping motor drives the synchronous belt, use the slider control the print head according to the predetermined path. To reduce the weight of the print head, improve the print speed, using the remote transmission mechanism, and through the stepper motor feeding, digital temperature control, to complete the print head print jobs. In order to speed up the promotion and use of 3D printers, the internet 3D printing solutions are put forward, equipped with WiFi module implements wireless data transmission and remote control, and increase the function of the automatic leveling, power outages to continue, broken wire detection, great- ly enhance the use of 3D printers and convenience. Practice shows that the printer has the advantages of the smooth movement, high speed, high precision, low cost, easy to control.
