摘要 传统的胶垫粘贴生产过程采用人工方式,成本高,效率低,对人体健康有一定影响,因粘贴失误还可能导致胶垫粘贴位置不够准确,影响生产质量。通过引入工业机器人,研发了一套胶垫自动粘贴系统,采用PLC作为控制器,触摸屏作为人机界面,并将胶垫自动供料装置、双工位滑动模具定位装置等相关设备进行系统集成,实现了胶垫夹取与粘贴的自动化,以及对胶垫粘贴位置的精确控制。改进了生产工艺,降低了生产成本,提高了生产质量和生产效率。 The traditional production process to paste stickers is completed by manual method. It is high cost and low efficiency, and has certain influence on human health. It may also cause the sticking position of stickers not accurate enough, which affects the quality of production due to manual misoperation. We researched and designed an automatic pasting system of stickers based on industrial robot. The system uses PLC as the controller, touch screen as man -machine interface. It integrated related equipments such as stickers automatic feeding device and sliding mould positioning device with double workplace. It realizes the automatic control of clipping and pasting of the stickers, and the accurate control of the sticking position of the stickers. The production process is improved, the production cost is reduced, the production quality and the production efficiency are improved.
