摘要 针对某企业电阻应变片封装成型过程中的压力加载问题,设计研制了一台小型精密伺服电子压力机。首先,以技术要求为依据,设计了总体方案,并运用Solid Works软件进行了总体结构的三维建模。其次,对重要零部件进行了选型设计,并对加载精度进行了计算分析。最后,进行了压力加载试验,试验结果表明实际加载压力精度符合技术指标要求。整个系统采用基于工控机的Lab View控制平台,保证了系统的可靠性、准确性和易操作性。该压力机的研制,有效地提高了工作效率,降低了产品生产成本。 For the pressure loading problem during the process of the resistance strain gage of an enterprise encapsulation molding, develop a small precision servo press. First of all, we design the overall plan based on the technology requirements, and build 3D model of the general structure by SolidWorks software. Then, we make type - selection design of important parts and calculate and analyze accuracy of pressure loading. Lastly, the pressure loading experiment is carried out, and the results show that the accuracy of actual loading pressure satisfy the specifications. The control system based on the industrial computer Lab View platform is reliable, accurate and easy to operate. Development of the device effectively improves the work efficiency and reduces the production cost.
