摘要
现在很多用户在使用数控机床时,都要求主轴机械档位切换能根据主轴的转速S指令自动切换,不希望加工程序中再指定M代码进行主轴齿轮切换,这样可以简化加工程序,减少辅助时间,提高数控机床的加工效率。FANUC系统T系列因为带有周速恒定控制,在CNC侧不能对PMC发出齿轮的切换指示时才输出SF信号,无法保证S指令必定为主轴的转速。在电气控制中,作者灵活运用PMC程序控制、系统变量和用户宏程序的相结合,实现了FANUC系统T系列由S指令进行主轴齿轮的自动切换功能。
The need of automatic spindle gear shift follows the S command is quiet common to many users. They dont want shift the gear through M code in machining program so as to concise the program and reduce auxiliary time, which can improve the efficiency of the machine tool. The constant surface speed control function confines the speed of spindle controlled by the S command, because the CNC cannot output SF signal to PMC when automatic gear shift is needed. Combined the PMC program control, system variables with custom macro - program, achieve the automatic spindle gear shift by S command of the FANUC system T series.
