棉田地膜回收打捆机关键参数设计及试验研究

Design and experimental study on key parameters of plastic film recycling and bundling machine used in cotton field

针对棉田地膜治理及回收利用,论述棉田地膜在回收利用中存在的问题,并在此基础上进行地膜打捆机具的关键参数设计及试验研究。结果表明,该机具的研制对加快推进残膜综合利用,实现废弃物循环再利用产业链的完整,促进资源节约、环境保护和农民增收具有重大意义。

Aiming at the treatment and recycling problems of plastic film used in cotton field, key parameters of recycling and bundling machine were designed and related experiments were conducted. The results show that this machine can accelerate the comprehensive utilization of residual film, realize the integrity of recycling industry chain, promote the resources conservation, environmental protec- tion and increase the income of farmers.
