基于Design-Expert的花生脱净率及破损率试验测试及分析 被引量:7

摘要 选用大白沙花生为试验材料,对现有花生脱壳机进行脱净率及破损率指标测试,并利用Design-expert软件对试验结果进行分析,建立影响因素与性能指标间的回归模型,并得出3D响应曲面。试验结果表明,确定最佳参数组合为含水率为17.68%、打杆转速为340r/min、筛网距离为14.02mm。依据优化组合的验证试验结果表明,脱净率平均值为98.26%,破损率平均值为2.82%,与优化结果基本吻合。 In order to test the threshing rate and damage rate of existing peanut shelling machine, variety Dabaisha was selected, and the test results were analyzed with Design-expert software. Regression models between influence factors and performance index were established and three dimensional response surface was obtained. The results show that the optimal combination of parameters is wa- ter content 17.68%, rod speed 340r/min and screen distance 14.02mm. According to the verified results of optimal combination, the threshing rate and damage rate are 98.26% and 2.82% respectively, which coincide with the optimization results.
