运用有限元仿真的拖拉机座椅舒适性优化方法 被引量:4

摘要 旨在针对中国男性人体数据,对拖拉机座椅进行合理的形态设计,优化现有拖拉机座椅的舒适性。重点研究了驾驶人员在正常驾驶姿势下使用的拖拉机座椅的舒适性设计方法,通过建立符合中国男性人体数据的仿真人体模型以及常规拖拉机座椅的简化模型,然后利用Ansys仿真分析得出人体—座椅压力分布图,总结探索出舒适性拖拉机座椅的造型设计方案,并建立出拖拉机座椅优化方案的pro/E的三维模型。该方法为拖拉机驾驶座椅舒适性设计提供了一定的参考。 Reasonable shape of tractor seat was designed and amenity of the existing seat was optimized, based on the body data of Chi- nese males. Method to improving the comfort of seat was found when the driver driving with a normal pose. First, simulated human body model and simplified model of tractor seat were established, which are coincidence with the body data of Chinese males. Second, pressure cloud diagram was obtained with Ansys simulation analysis. Third, comfortable modeling scheme were explored, and three- dimensional model of the optimized seat was established with pro/E. Finally, this method can provide reference for the design of trac- tor seat.
