摘要
为探讨加气滴灌对蓝莓光合生理的影响,以3年生蓝莓为试材,分析不同滴灌模式下蓝莓叶片光合色素及光合参数的响应机制。结果表明,在滴灌条件下加气处理可以有效提高蓝莓叶片叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量,且加气频率不同其作用效果也有所不同;但加气处理对蓝莓叶片中叶绿素a与叶绿素b含量的比值影响不大,在整个试验期间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。与常规滴灌相比,加气滴灌处理植株叶片类胡萝卜素含量在试验初期增幅较小,但随着时间的推移,其差异越来越明显;此外,在加气滴灌条件下,蓝莓叶片净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)明显增大,叶片胞间CO2摩尔分数(Ci)大幅减小,且叶片净光合速率(Pn)指标与气孔导度(Gs)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与胞间CO2摩尔分数(Ci)呈极显著负相关。
In order to study the effects of aeration irrigation on photosynthetic physiology of blueberry leaves, the irrigation experi- ments of different aeration frequencies were carried out with 3-year-old blueberry plants. The response characteristics of photosynthet- ic pigments and photosynthetic parameters were analyzed and compared with the conventional drip irrigation. The results show that aeration irrigation can increase the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b of blueberry leaves, and the different aeration frequen- cies treatments show significant difference. Compared with the conventional drip irrigation, although the carotenoid content increases slightly in the early stage under aeration irrigation, the difference is more and more obvious as time go on. The effect on content ratio of chlorophyll a/b is not obvious, there is no significant difference in the whole test period between aeration irrigation and conventional drip irrigation (P〈0.05). In addition, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and stomatal conductance (G,) of blueberry leaves increase obviously, and the intercellular COz concentration decrease greatly under aeration irrigation. There is a significant positive correlation between net photosynthetic rate (P) and stomatal conductance (G,), and a significant negative correlation between net photosynthet- ic rate (Pn) and intercellular COz concentration.
