硅酸预聚体对黄土遗址的室内加固实验 被引量:1

摘要 以正硅酸乙酯和蒸馏水为原料,以乙醇为溶剂,恒温制备了硅酸预聚体加固剂,并以乙二胺为固化剂,在实验室对土样予以加固并进行了色差、增重率、耐水性、p H值、抗压强度等性能测试。结果表明,以未加固的颜色为基准色,加固后色差为1.43,色差为1.4﹤1.5,不会引起人肉眼可辨识的色泽变化;平均增重率为0.56%,不会引起遗址土壤组成的变化;放入水中,24 h后仍然保持良好的形态,达到耐水性要求;p H值为8.13,基本不变;抗压强度比未加固土样强度增加了35.8%。本研究将为土遗址保护提供一种良好的防风化加固材料。 The silicate prepolymer was prepared in constant temperature with TEOS (tetraethoxysilane) and distilled water as raw material, ethanol as solvent. The ethylenediamine is curing agent. Then the silicate prepolymer and the ethylenediamine were mixed. The reinforcement tests were conducted in the laboratory. The properties such as color, rate of body weight gain, water resistance, pH, compressive strength were also tested. Results show that color change(ΔE) is 1.43, the average weight gain rate is 0.56%, the waterproof is well, pH of reinforcement after is 8.13 which is increased by 0.09 in comparison to pH of before, the compressive strength enhanced to 35.8%. Therefore, the silicate prepolymer is a good kind of reinforcement material of the earthen sites.
