自身免疫性溶血性贫血对输血前血型鉴定、抗体筛查及交叉配血的影响 被引量：29

摘要 输血在抢救自身免疫性溶血性贫血（AIHA）患者过程中起着至关重要的作用,但进行血型鉴定、抗体筛选及交叉配血时确保治疗安全性是仍需解决的问题[1]。AIHA患者的血清中存在全凝集素,血型鉴定比较困难,还有可能使共存的同种抗体难以被检测,交叉配血也不相合,加大输血的风险[2]。本研究对400例AIHA患者的血液标本进行输血前血型鉴定、抗体筛查和交叉配血,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选取本院2013—2015年收治的AIHA患者400例,其中男210例,女190例,年龄20~73岁,
