摘要
目的:探讨二至丸对鼠凝血-纤溶系统的影响。方法:(1)ICR雄性小鼠80只,随机分为空白组、阳性药(氨甲苯酸)组、传统饮片二至丸(高、中、低)剂量组、超微二至丸(高、中、低)剂量组,灌胃7天后,眼眶取血。(2)SD大鼠90只,随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性药组、传统饮片二至丸(高、中、低)剂量组、超微二至丸(高、中、低)剂量组,灌胃3天后,静脉取血。检测(1)、(2)的凝血原时间(PT)、组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI)活性。结果:二至丸超微高、中剂量组和传统高剂量组可明显提升正常小鼠和模型大鼠PAI的活性、降低PT。结论:超微处理后二至丸的药效明显提高。
Objective : To investigate the effect of Erzhi pills on coagulation and fibrinolysis in rats. Methods:①80 ICR male mice were randomly divided into blank group, positive medicine(Aminonethylbenzoic Acid) group, traditional Pieces Erzhi pills(high, medium and low) dose group,uhrastructural Erzhi pills(high, medium and low), after 7 days of intragastric administration, eyes to take blood.②90 rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, positive drug group, traditional Pieces Erzhi pills( high, medium and low) dose group, uhrastructural Erzhi pills(high, medium and low), after 3 days of intragastric administration, venous blood. Detection of ①, ② of prothrombintime ( PT), tissue type plasminogen activator ( t PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI). Results:The activity of PAl in normal mice and model rats was significantly improved by Erzhi pills ultramicro, middle dose group and traditional high dose group. Conclusion : The efficacy of Erzhi pills after treatment was significantly improved.
