摘要
目的:研究旋覆花总黄酮的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法:体外培养人胃癌Sgc细胞,应用MTT法检测Sgc细胞的增殖情况,考察不同浓度的旋覆花总黄酮溶液对人胃癌Sgc细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果:旋覆花总黄酮对人胃癌Sgc细胞有明显的增殖抑制作用,抑制率与旋覆花总黄酮溶液的浓度及其作用时间呈明显正相关线性关系。300μg/mL的旋覆花总黄酮溶液抑制作用较强,72h后G_0/G_1期的Sgc细胞增多,S期细胞无明显变化,G_2/M期细胞减少。结论:旋覆花总黄酮在体外具有较好的人胃癌Sgc肿瘤抑制作用,主要通过抑制Sgc的生长、细胞周期的阻滞作用发挥其抗肿瘤作用。
Objective:To investigate the antitumor in vitro of total flavonoids from inula japonica. Methods:The cells of Sgc from the patients with gastric cancer were cultured in vitro. Using MTT colorimetric assay to check inhibitory effect of total flavonoids with different concentrations on human gastric cancer cells Sgc. Results : Cytostatic action of total flavonoids from Inula japonica was remarkable to the multiplication proliferation of Sgc cells and the dose-response-efficacy relationship were measured by using the ele- vated maze test. The inhibition of total flavonoids from Inula japonica of 300ptg/mL was better than others. The Sgc cells on the stage of Sgc Go/G~ propagate remarkably, S stage invariant and G2/M stage decrease. Conclusion:The antitumor effect of total fla vonoids from Inula japonica was expressed by inhibiting Sgc cellular proliferation and cell cycle activation.
