H型高血压中西医治疗研究进展

Advances in Diagnosis and Treatment of H-type Hypertension in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

原发性高血压合并血浆同型半胱氨酸≥10μmol/L时即称为H型高血压。近年来,H型高血压得到许多国内外学者的研究。高同型半胱氨酸血症是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素之一,但它对机体的作用机制尚未完全清楚。从中西医角度阐述H型高血压的发病机制、诊断与治疗以及有待研究的方向。

Hypertension with homocysteine more than 10μmol/L is called H-type hypertension. In recent years, H-type hypertension has attracted wide interests of many scholars around the world. Hyperhomocysteinemia is one of the independent risk factors of cardi-ovascular and cerebrovaseular diseases,but its mechanism of action on the body is not yet fully understood. This paper describes the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of H-hypertension and the unsolved problems from the angle of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine.
