Clinical Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Mild Cognitive Impairment

目的:研究针灸治疗轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的临床疗效,以指导针灸治疗MCI的临床实践。方法:通过检索针灸治疗MCI相关的文献及现代研究报道,从选穴、配穴、结合其他疗法等对其疗效及优势作总结。结果:针灸治疗MCI,不论是单纯针刺,还是结合其他疗法,皆能取得较好的临床疗效。结论:针灸治疗MCI的疗效确切,本研究对针灸治疗MCI疗效的探讨,可为临床运用针灸治疗该病提供借鉴。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment （MCI）. The results of this research would guide the clinical practice. Methods ： This article has summarized and analyzed the advantages of the acupuncture and moxibustion in treating cognitive dysfunction from aspects of acupoints＇ selection and coordination, and combine with other methods through searching related articles in both ancient and modern times. Results：Whether it is pure acu puncture or in combination with other therapies,it would achieve good clinical efficacy. Conclusion ： Acupuncture and moxibustion is the effective therapy for MCI by studying and analyzing the acupuncture and moxibustion in treating mild cognitive impairment, which can provide reference for cognitive dysfunction by acupuncture and moxibustion.
