幽门螺杆菌与消化系统疾病中医证型相关性研究进展

Research Progress on the Relationship between Helicobacter Pylori and TCM Syndromes of Digestive System Diseases

幽门螺杆菌(Hp)与消化系统疾病密切相关,Hp是慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌及功能性消化不良的主要致病因素。研究表明在Hp相关性慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡中,脾胃湿热证及肝胃不和证占绝对优势。而在Hp相关性胃癌及功能性消化不良中,由于研究资料不足,暂不能明确其中分布规律。该文就Hp与消化系统疾病中医证型相关性予以综述,以期为Hp相关性慢性胃病的治疗提供新的思路和方法。

Helicobacter pylori （Hp） and digestive diseases are closely related,a large number of studies have shown that Hp is the main risk factor of chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric cancer and functional dyspepsia. Many previous studies have shown that the spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome,liver and stomach disharmony syndrome account for the absolute advantage in Hp-associat- ed chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. However, in the Hp-associated gastric cancer and functional dyspepsia, it can＇t be clearly ex- plained the distribution temporarily for lack of research data. This paper reviews the relationship between Hp and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of digestive system diseases in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of Hp-associated chronic gastropathy.
