《金匮要略》胸痹治疗思想临床浅析

Clinical Application of Xiongbi's Treatment Ideology in Jingui Yaolue

胸痹可由痰饮瘀阻、情志不畅、寒邪侵袭等多种原因引起,是以胸中痞塞不通所致的胸膺部疼痛为主症的疾病。《金匮要略》中仲景提出"阳微阴弦"为本病病机关键之所在,仲景通过辨其标本虚实,阐述了胸痹不同偏重时的治法。在临床工作中,应掌握疾病发生的基本病机,"审证求因,辨证论治",注重辨病的标本虚实,轻重缓急,选择对应药物,以期良效。

Xiongbi can be caused by lots of reasons,such as phlegm,emotions,attack of pathogenic cold and so on.It is a kind of illness which the main cardinal symptom is the hurt caused by the chest congestion.Zhongjing raised'Yangwei Yinxian'as the main pathogenesis of Xiongbi in Jingui Yaolue.He described the treatments of different focuses on Xiongbi by indentifying the nature of the disease.In the clinical work,we should master the basic pathogenesis of the disease,'analysis of symptoms to find the causes,treatment based on syndrome differentiation'.We also should indentify the nature and priorities of the disease,choose the suitable medicine to achieve good effect.
