环氧丙烯酸树脂相结构对力学性能影响 被引量:1

A Study of the Influence of Phase Structure on Mechanical Properties Based on Epoxy Acrylate Resin

摘要 为了提高环氧树脂E44韧性,通过改变环氧树脂E44与热塑性丙烯酸树脂中丙烯酸树脂的含量,观察混合树脂分别在二乙烯三胺(DETA)和六氢苯酐(HHPA)固化时的相结构变化,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、万能拉伸试验机、简支梁冲击试验机进行表征,SEM结果显示在两种固化剂条件下随着丙烯酸树脂的增加都依次出现单分散相机构、双连续相结构、相反转结构,力学性能测试结果显示在DETA固化条件下出现双连续相结构时丙烯酸树脂含量在15~20phr,可提高材料拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度,但韧性降低;在HHPA做固化剂条件下,出现双连续相结构时丙烯酸树脂含量在40~50phr,可显著提高材料拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度,并且材料韧性增强,显示出比较好的增韧改性作用。 The mixed resin which contains epoxy E44 and varying thermoplastic acrylic resin was observed its phase structure cured by EDTA and HHPA to increase its tenacity, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , uni- versal tensile testing machine and simply supported beam impact testing machine were used to study its result. The results of SEM in two kinds of curing agents showed that the mixed resin both appeared single dispersed phase mechanism, double continuous phase structure and phase inversion structure under the condition with the increase of acrylic resin. The results of mechanical properties showed that double continuous phase structure ap- peared when the content of acrylic resin was 15 -20phr in EDTA curing condition, the tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength were improved, but the toughness was decreased. The double continuous phase structure appeared when the content of acrylic resin was 40 - 50phr in the curing condition of HHPA, the tensile strength, bending strength, impact strength and the toughness of the material were all enhanced, the result showed a better toughening effect.
