摘要
针对传统多绳摩擦提升机换绳工艺存在的井筒作业危险系数高、占用提升时间长、事故隐患多等缺陷,给出了合理科学的"先翻绳,后放绳"新换绳工艺方法,提出了理论计算验证原理,经实际应用实例结果表明:新换绳工艺的合理性和可靠性。
Considering as high operation risk and scientific method ward. Through actual the potential defects existed in the operation of traditional multi - rope friction hoist, such in the shaft, time -consuming lifting, and hidden dangers, this paper gives a reasonable - "reel off after the first line". Verification principles of theoretical calculation are put forapplication, the result shows that the new technological process is reasonable and reliable.
