肩关节镜下金属缝合锚钉固定治疗Bankart损伤的术后疗效

Postoperative curative effect of metal suture fixation with shoulder arthroscopy in the treatment of Bankart injury

目的探讨肩关节镜下金属缝合锚钉固定治疗Bankart损伤的术后疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2014年11月本院收治的Bankart损伤患者40例为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为两组,每组各20例。对照组患者采用保守治疗,研究组患者采用肩关节镜下金属缝合锚钉治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者肩关节前屈上举活动度和体侧外旋活动度均大于对照组(P<0.05),美国肩肘外科协会(American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons,ASES)评分和ConstantMurley评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用肩关节镜下金属缝合锚钉固定治疗Bankart损伤,能够显著改善患者的肩功能,效果较满意。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children with adenoid hypertrophy. Method 77 cases of chronic sinusitis children with adenoid hypertrophy in our hospital from Junly 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the research objects. According to the wishes of the children＇s families, they were divided into control group （42 cases） and operation group （35 cases）, control group children were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery, operation group children were treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation on the basis of traditional drug therapy. The treatment effect, the symptom severity scores before and after treatment, and the family satisfaction of children between the two groups were compared. Result The total effective rate and the family satisfaction rate of operation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, in addition to snoring, the clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly reduced than before treatment （P〈0.05）, operation group children with nasal congestion, runny nose and hearing loss symptoms were significantly better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of adenoids can effectively relieve the symptoms of chronic sinusitis in children with adenoid hypertrophy, which is safe, effective, easy to operate, and has little harm.
