摘要
为了检测空气中粉尘的浓度以及充分发挥计算机的数据处理功能,采用AT89S52单片机和LabVIEW2012虚拟仪器开发软件,设计了一款粉尘浓度检测装置。采用下位机硬件和软件的设计方法,给出了硬件设计原理图和主程序流程图,同时介绍了电脑端LabVIEW程序的编写方法,给出了软件前面板界面图和部分主要框图程序。检测的粉尘浓度相关信息能够通过数字和曲线2种方式显示,并设计了粉尘浓度超标报警灯。实验表明,该实验装置成本低廉,功能可靠,在虚拟仪器技术和单片机技术教学中有一定的实用价值。
In order to detect the dust concentration in the air and give full play to the cumputer data processing func.tion, a dust concentration detecting device was designed by using AT89S52 mierocontroller and LabVIEW2012 virtual instrument development software. The design method of the hardware and software of tile slave computer is described in detail. "File front panel and part of the diagram program of software are given. The dust concentration information can be showed through digitals and curves, and dust concentration alarm lamp is also designed. Experiment shows that the experimental device has low cost and reliable function. It has some practical value in the virtual instrument and mierocontroller technology teaching.
