从人因视角观察重点实验室评估工作,能够发现现有重点实验室评估体系中不够详细或缺失的部分。因此,从研究人因对实验室的影响角度出发,分析了人因在实验室的规划与建设,实验室的运行模式,实验室功能的实现和安全可靠性等4个方面的影响,研究实验室人因评估中的先进性、舒适性、高效性和安全性4个要点,从定性和定量两个角度探讨了重点实验室人因评估的方法,主要包括启发式评估、数据包络分析法以及综合安全评估。

The paper starts with watching assessment of key laboratories from the viewpoint of human factors engineering, and it can find that some parts have been ignored or not detailed enough of the assessment index system. Therefore, the paper studies the influence of human factors in planning, construction, operation mode, function realization, safety and reliability of laboratories, and then studies four key points of human factors assessment, which are advance, comfort, efficiency and safety. Following that, it discusses the methods to do human factors assessment of key laboratories from the viewpoints of both qualitative and quantitative, including heuristic evaluation, DEA and FSA.
