应用型本科经济管理跨专业综合实验教学模式研究 被引量:18

摘要 跨专业综合实验是应用型本科经济管理类专业实验教学改革的热点问题之一。基于对多所高校的调研,总结出应用型本科经济管理跨专业综合实验教学的4大模式:企业经营模拟课程、企业综合仿真实习课程、面向现实问题的跨专业综合实践项目、创新创业实践项目。企业经营模拟课程包括企业运营模拟沙盘课程、ERP软件应用课程、企业决策模拟课程;企业综合仿真实习课程让学生在仿真环境中运用专业知识进行企业运作的模拟演练,熟悉企业的经营管理;面向现实问题的跨专业综合实践项目强调不同专业的学生协同解决现实问题;创新创业实践项目包括创新训练项目、创业训练项目、创业实践项目。最后,对应用型本科高校的经济管理跨专业综合实验教学工作给出了几点建议。 The muhi-disciplinary comprehensive experiment teaching has attracted much attention nowadays. Based on fieldwork and literature research, we summarized four models of the multi-disciplinary comprehensive experiment teaching, i. e., business simulation curriculum, enterprise operation comprehensive simulation practice curriculum, practical questions oriented multi-disciplinary comprehensive experimental project, innovation and entrepreneurship practice project. Business simulation curriculums include enterprise operation simulation course, ERP software application course, and enterprise decision simulation course. Enterprise operation comprehensive simulation practice curriculums allow students to use professional knowledge in the simulation environment to operate a simulation enterprise, so as to be familiar with the operation and management of the enterprise. Practical questions oriented multi- disciplinary comprehensive experimental projects require students coming from different majors to solve practical problems together. Enterprise decision simulation courses include innovative training projects, entrepreneurship training projects, and entrepreneurial practice projects. At last, some suggestions were put forward for the multi-disciplinarycomprehensive experiment teaching for applied economic and management undergraduate students.
