摘要 利用智能移动终端的高普及率、网络信息覆盖广等现代通信科技的优点,提出基于智能移动终端的区域仪器设备共享机制:创建集成熟仪器设备管理系统优点和移动办公优点的移动区域仪器设备共享应用APP,辅以职能部门联合仪器共享单位建立的一套切实可行的管理办法;利用手持智能终端接入方式与系统平台实现共享平台管理、服务功能,解决了目前各仪器共享系统的"信息孤岛"和平台管理上存在的时间和空间上的限制等问题,增加了区域共享资源采集、用户互动、共享绩效评核等功能,提高共享平台的便捷性和易用性,不仅扩大共享平台影响力,也促进科技交流发展,从而实现"依托平台,资源集中、共享共用、增效增值",是对现有共享机制的有益补充,有利于仪器设备共享制度的推广。 Abstract : The paper, in light of such advantages as the popularity of intelligent mobile terminals and the wide coverage of network information, proposes an intelligent-mobile-terminal-based regional instrument sharing mechanism. It firstly sets up an APP for the intelligent-mobile-terminal and regional instrument sharing agreement which integrates the well- established instrument management with the mobile offieing. The sharing platform management and service function are completed by combining the hand-held intelligent terminal access and the system platform. It breaks the limits of information island and can be shared by the present various instrument sharing systems, and solves the inconveniences caused by time and space conditions of system management. The system enhances the regional sharing resource gatherings, user~ interaction, performance appraisal and so on, thus makes the sharing platform more convenient and applicable. The study builds up not only the presence of the sharing platform, but also the development of scientific communication. By the principle of reliance upon platform, concentration of resources, sharing and co-employment and efficiency enhancement the system becomes a beneficial supplement, and helps to popularize the instrument sharing.
