旅游类高职院校学生学习状况研究——基于对10所旅游类高职院校学生的调查

Research on the Learning Situation of Students of Tourism Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on Investigation on Students from 10 Tourism Higher Vocational Colleges

为探究当前旅游类高职院校学生的学习状况,编制了旅游类高职院校学生学习状况问卷,并对10所旅游类高职院校的1824名学生进行调查和分析。结果表明:目前我国旅游类高职院校学生的学习状况水平不高;男生的学习状况水平非常显著高于女生;城市高职生的学习状况水平非常显著高于农村高职生;旅游类高职院校学生的学习状况在年级、是否担任学生干部、有无兼职经历上没有显著差异。针对该调查结果进行详细探讨,并提出营造良好学习氛围、提高教师素质,尤其是掌握学生心理状况、提供实践平台和实践机会、做好贫困生心理和物质资助等对策。

In order to explore the learning situation of students in tourism higher vocational colleges, the researcher compiled the questionnaire of learning situation for these students, and then investigated and analyzed the learning situation of 1824 students from 10 tourism higher vocational colleges. The result showed that learning situation for students in tourism higher vocational colleges was only in the middle to upper level, boys’ learning situation was significantly higher than girls’, and the learning situation of urban vocational college students was significantly higher than that of the rural students. However, tourism vocational college students’ learning situation in the grade, whether as a student cadre and part-time experience did not exist difference. According to the detailed analysis of the survey results, it is suggested to create a good learning atmosphere, improve teachers’ quality, and especially master the psychological condition of students, provide practice platform and practice opportunities, provide poor students with psychological and material support, etc.
