地方高校大学生创新活动的动力机制分析与启示

Analysis on the Dynamic Mechanism of College Students' Innovative Activities and Its Enlightenment

基于地方高校大学生创新活动的特点和共性问题,从动力源视角,构建大学生创新活动的动力机制:个人生涯规划、个体创新意识、个体创新能力、个人专业素养构成大学生创新活动动力生成的内部因素,科学前沿技术的知晓度、学校鼓励创新的制度、优质就业岗位竞争、校园创新文化四个部分构成大学生创新活动动力生成的外部因素,内外部因素相互耦合、相互影响。推进大学生创新活动,应高度重视大学生个性的发展,优化校园创新环境,建立科学的创新激励机制。

Based on the characteristics and common problems in College Students’ innovative activities, it is suggested to from the power source perspective to construct the dynamic mechanism of college students’ innovative activities： The internal driving factors of college students’ innovative activities, are consisted of individual career planning, individual innovation consciousness, individual innovation ability, and individual professional quality; the external factors are consisted of the popularity of scientific frontier technology, schools’ system to encourage innovation, high quality employment competition, and campus innovation culture. The internal and external factors complement to each other. To promote the innovation activities of university students, we should pay great attention to the development of college students’ individuality, optimize the innovation of campus environment, and establish a scientific incentive mechanism for innovation.
