宋徽宗政和年间谋辽复燕史事考论

The Retrieval Atteinpts of Yanyun Region in the Zhenghe Years of the Reign of Song Emperor Huizong

学界早年通常以政和七年宋朝遣使联金作为收复燕云行动的起点,实际上在此之前,徽宗朝曾有一个由宋朝单独收复燕云的计划。政和元年,童贯得到徽宗的支持出使辽国,政和二年初返宋,途中辽人赵良嗣(马植)趁夜求见童贯,献灭燕之策并随其入宋,此乃徽宗朝谋辽复燕事之发端。关于赵良嗣入宋的时间,历来有政和元年、二年、五年三种说法,其中政和元年说明显错误,赵良嗣当于政和二年、五年两度入宋,推动了宋朝谋辽策略的制定与实施。政和二年至五年赵良嗣居辽期间,积极联络燕云反辽人士。从政和三年起,宋徽宗、童贯征求沿边将帅的意见,进行收复燕云的准备与动员。政和六七年间,宋朝有意以童贯为帅,出兵伐辽复燕,但最终因蔡京等大臣的反对而中止。

In the early years, academics generally thought that the reunification of Yanyun＇s official starting was that the Song sent messengers to join the Jurchen in Zhenghe 7th year. But in fact during the Zhenghe years （1111--1117） of the reign of Emperor Huizong the Song dynasty had a separate plan for the ＂reunification of Yanyun. At the beginning, in Zhenghe 1st year, Tong Guan visited Liao with the support of Emperor Huizong, and returned to Song in the following year. On his way back, Zhao Liangsi visited him and offered a plan to destroy Liao country and recover Yanyun, Then Zhao Liangsi enterred Song. The time of Zhao Liangsi into Song have three different views, however, none is entirely accurate. Actually Zhao Liangsi had twice entry into Song in the year of Zhenghe 2nd and Zhenghe 5th. Between Zhenghe 2nd and 5th years, Zhao Liangsi returned to Liao and organized the anti-Liao coalition. After Zhenghe 3rd year,Song Huizong and Tong Guan consulted the generals who stationed in the border and tried to carry out the preparation of Yanyun＇ s recovery. In Zhenghe 6th and 7th year,Song intended to appoint Tong Guan as the Marshal to recover Yanyun, Eventually under the Cai Jing and other officials~ opposition, The military action was terminated.
