摘要
为了研究实际工况下,牵引速度对采煤机滚筒工作载荷的影响,采用Tikhonov正则化方法,构建截齿载荷重构模型,并推演出牵引速度与截齿载荷关系,建立滚筒与牵引部相互耦合的动力学系统模型,运用数值仿真的方法对模型求解,并对结果运用数理统计方法得出不同牵引速度下采煤机滚筒三向力的均值及标准差,最后进行实验验证,结果表明仿真数据与实验数据的均值和标准差误差范围小于5%,验证了理论模型的正确性。
In order to study the haulage speed of shearer drum load effect by Tikhonov regularization method, pick load reconstruction model was constructed,and the haulage speed and pick load was deduced. The roller and haulage unit of mutual coupling system dynamics model was established, the model solved by using numerical simulation method, and the results using statistical methods that different haulage speed shearer drum three-axis force the average value and the standard difference, validated by experiment. The results show that simulation results and experimental results in the mean and the standard deviation error range is less than 5% , to verify the correctness of the theoretical model.
