摘要
气垫带式输送机气膜厚度的大小,涉及到输送装置的承载弹性,风机的压力和工作效率等。以气膜的厚度需要保持在一定的合理范围内为条件,保证输送机的平稳有效运行为目标。通过构建气膜数学模型,运用缝隙流理论和实验测试对气垫带式输送机气膜厚度进行分析与研究。得出了气膜的峰型分布情况与分布规律,为气垫输送机的实际应用与改进优化奠定了理论基础。
Air film thickness for the air cushion belt conveyor relates to carrying capacity of conveying device, fan pressure and working efficiency. Gas film thickness was required to be kept in a reasonable range, and the target for article was stable and effective operation of the conveyor. With establishing gas film mathematical model, the theory of gap flow and experimental test, the gas film thickness of air cushion belt conveyor was analyzed. The gas film peak type distribution is obtained, which lays the theoretical foundation for the practical application and improvement of the air cushion conveyor.
