摘要
为了确保运行在海上的船用自动扶梯具有良好的安全性能,研究了船用自动扶梯金属桁架在船舶静止、横摇、纵摇、垂荡工况下所受载荷的特征,利用有限元Ansys(APDL)对金属桁架进行静力学分析,计算得到桁架在不同工况下的位移及应力,进而对金属桁架薄弱的结构进行改进设计使其满足规范要求。
In order to ensure the safety of ship escalator, the force on metal truss were investigated when ship escalator running process is affected by the ship' s static, roll, pitch and heave. The truss stress and deformation are obtained by taking static analysis on metal truss with software ANSYS. The results shows weak part of metal and it is improved to meet standard requirements.
