摘要
分析了传统A^2/O工艺存在的问题——聚磷菌、反硝化菌和自养硝化菌之间泥龄及"碳源竞争"的矛盾,并从不同角度对已有的工艺改进策略进行了详细讨论,对该工艺的研究重点及工程实践方向做了展望。认为应重视生物脱氮除磷过程中的反硝化除磷、短程硝化反硝化、厌氧氨氧化及侧流化学除磷等的工程实践性研究;在A^2/O工艺优化过程中,也应融入"多模式"的设计理念,实现工艺的灵活操控,以便于应对复杂多变的进水水质。
This paper reviewed the inherent problems of conventional A2/O process that is the contradictions of sludge retention time and carbon sources competition between polyphosphate accumulating organisms, denitrifying bacteria and autotrophic nitrifying bacteria. The process improvement strategies were discussed from different perspectives in detail, and the key point research of the process and the engineering practice direction were prospected in this paper. It is considered that the research on theory and engineering practice of denitrifying phosphorus removal, shortcut nitrification and denitrification, anammox and anaerobic supematant phosphate strip process (ASPS) should be enhanced in the future during biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process. And the concept of multi-mode design should be applied in the optimization of A2/O process, so that it can be operated flexibly and deal with the complicated influent quality.
