燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放技术研究进展 被引量:85

摘要 分析了脱硫废水零排放技术发展水平,将燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放处理过程归纳分为预处理、浓缩减量和蒸发固化三段;介绍了每段主要目的及其技术方法,分析了不同技术的原理与优缺点;展望了脱硫废水零排放处理技术的发展趋势,认为高温旁路烟气蒸发在蒸发固化中具有较强的优势,在此基础上探索新型预处理技术,提高废水及其所含高浓缩盐的回收率,进一步降低脱硫废水零排放投资与运行成本,将是今后的研究重点。 The developing level of zero-discharge technology of desulfurization wastewaterwas analyzed in this paper and the processes were summarized into three steps, including pretreatment, concentration, and evaporation solidification.The aims and methods of each step was introduced, principles, advantages and disadvantages of various methods involved in each step were elaborated. The development trend ofzero-discharge technologies ofdesulfurization wastewater was prospected, the high temperature bypass flue gas evaporation have remarkable advantage among these evaporation solidification technologies, on this basis, research new pretreatment technology, enhance recovery rate of water and salts, further reduce the construction and operation costs of zero-discharge treatment of desulfurization wastewater are the future research keystones.
