摘要 使用自制的γ-Fe OOH反应装置,调查Na OH与Fe SO_4当量比R及磷酸氢二钠对γ-Fe OOH结晶纯度和形态的影响,考察了自制的γ-Fe OOH对铁离子的去除效果。由实验可得,当Na OH与Fe SO4的当量比R为0.85时,γ-Fe OOH的纯度可达64.3wt%;添加适量的磷酸氢二钠可以提高γ-Fe OOH的纯度。当R为0.85,添加1%Na_2O当量的磷酸氢二钠时,γ-Fe OOH的纯度可增加到90.8wt%。磷酸氢二钠的添加不仅可以提高γ-Fe OOH的纯度,而且还能改变结晶形态。优化条件下制备的γ-Fe OOH对铁离子的去除率可达78.32%。 γ-FeOOH was prepared on self-madereaction equipment.The equivalent ratio of NaOH to FcSO4, R, and the effects of disodium hydrogen phosphate on the crystalline purity and morphology of γ-FeOOH were investigated. And the removal rate of iron ion by self-made y-FcOOH was researched. The experiment showed that the purity ofy-FcOOH could reach 64.3wt%when R was 0.85, and it was increased by adding an appropriate amount ofdisodium hydrogen phosphate. When R was 0.85, adding 1% Na2O equivalent of disodium hydrogen phosphate, the purity ofy-FeOOH could reach90.8wt%. The addition ofdisodium hydrogen phosphate could not only improve the purity ofthe γ-FeOOH, but also change the crystalline fonn. The iron removal efficiency was up to 78.32% by γ-FeOOH which prepared under optimal conditions.
