摘要
利用多级内循环厌氧段反应器(MIC)-高塔式好氧反应器(HTO)组合工艺处理高甲醇含量废水,处理规模50 m^3/d,原水COD为45~50 g/L,BOD_5为20~26 g/L。处理过后的水COD、BOD_5、NH_3-H和SS的质量浓度分别降到140 mg/L、60 mg/L、15 mg/L和35 mg/L左右,出水水质满足CJ 343-2010的A级排放标准。厌氧段可产生1 100m^3/d左右沼气,沼气回收可为现场RTO蓄热焚烧炉提供燃料,有效降低能耗,是实际中较理想的处理工艺。
By using the multistage internal circulation (MIC) anaerobic reactor-high tower (HTO) aerobic reactor combined process to treat high methanol containing wastewatcr. The scale of processing was 50 mS/d, raw water COD was about 45-50 g/L, BOD was about 20-26 mg/L. The COD, BODs, and mass concentration of NH3-H, SS of effluent was below 140mg/L, 60 mg/L, and 15 mg/L, 35 mg/L respectively, effluent water quality met the A level discharge standard CJ 343 --2010. The anaerobic period could produce about 1 100 m3/d biogas which could recycle and provide fuel for the RTO regenerative incinerator, so the energy consumption reduced effectively. This process is an ideal treatment process in practice.
