乳头状淋巴管内血管内皮细胞瘤1例

A Case of Papillary Intralymphatic Angioendothelioma

患者女,8岁。右侧腹股沟外侧一红色丘疹8年,渐增大,近半年增大明显。皮损组织病理示:肿瘤位于真皮及皮下,由大小不等的呈囊状扩张的薄壁管腔构成,囊性扩张的薄壁管腔内见鞋钉样内皮细胞,肿瘤细胞排列呈乳头状、肾小球样向腔内突出,核分裂相少见。结合临床、组织病理及免疫组织化学染色诊断为乳头状淋巴管内血管内皮细胞瘤。

A 8-year-old female presented with a red papule on her right side of the groin outside for over 8 years, and it increased gradually, nearly increased significantly in 6 months. Microscopic examination showed a subcuta- neous vascular composed of irregular vascular channels forming papillae in some areas. The papillae had hya- linized cores and were lined by atypical cuboidal endothelial cells with focal hobnaile appearance, the expan- sion of thinner wall cystic cavity covered with vascular endothelial cells, and with papillary and glomerular like changes protruded into lumen, rare mitotic was found. Combined with clinical, histopathological and im- munohistochemical staining, the diagnosis of papillary intralymphatic angioendothelioma was made.
