嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎2例

Two Cases of Hypereosinophilic Dermatitis

例1男,31岁,全身红斑、丘疹伴痒2个月,手足水疱、糜烂、渗液1个月。例2男,52岁,农民,反复全身丘疹、红斑、斑块伴痒8个月。结合2例患者临床表现、血常规嗜酸性粒细胞计数、组织病理检查及其他辅助检查结果,诊断为嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎。予地塞米松、雷公藤多甙、抗组胺药等治疗,取得临床缓解。

Case 1, a 31-year-old male presented with generalized erythema, papules with itch for 2 months, vesicles, e- rosion, exudatives in the hands and feet for 1 month. Case 2, a 52-year-old male presented with generalized papules, erythema, plaques with itch for 8 months. According to their clinic features, eosinophils number, histopathology and other accessory examinations, diagnosis was hypereosinophilic dermatitis. After the treat- ment with dexamethasone, tripterygium glycosides, antihistamine drugs, the two cases had clinic remission.
