摘要
患者男,51岁,发热7d,全身红斑丘疹伴痒3d。主要表现为泛发全身的红斑、丘疹、瘀点、瘀斑,伴发热、嗜酸性粒细胞升高、内脏受累,给予激素、免疫球蛋白冲击及对症支持治疗后痊愈。
A 51-year-old male presented with erythemas,papules, petechiaand ecchymosis on his hody for 3 clays, who had a clear history of taking allopurinol tablets before. This patient had been cured ＇after combination treat- ment,ineluding glucocortieoid,intravenous immunoglobulin and supportive treatment.
