摘要
患者男，18岁。右腰部结节、斑块18年。患者出生后即发现右腰部有一蚕豆大小肤色结节，质软，无自觉症状，后类似皮损逐渐增多、增大，融合成脑回样斑块，未予诊治。患者既往体健，无外伤史，家族中无类似病史。查体：全身浅表淋巴结未及肿大，各系统未见异常。
